Position Overview The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, lead a high-energy team, and ensure customers receive top-tier service. This role requires an all-star salesperson with strong leadership instincts, capable of mentoring staff while personally driving results.
Key Responsibilities Lead sales efforts for tires, services, and repairs—meeting and exceeding monthly goals.
Motivate and coach team members to deliver an outstanding customer experience and close sales.
Build long-term customer relationships through trust, transparency, and follow-up.
Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
Partner with technicians and service advisors to recommend the right solutions for customers.
Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism.
Maintain high standards for shop presentation, safety, and operations.
Qualifications Proven track record as a top-performing sales professional (automotive or related field preferred).
Strong leadership and team coaching skills.
Exceptional communication and persuasion ability.
Goal-oriented with a competitive spirit and drive to succeed.
Basic automotive knowledge preferred; training provided.
Valid driver’s license required.
