Your Role: As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for proactively soliciting and managing group and catering-related opportunities. You will take charge of maximizing revenue potential by actively upselling each business opportunity. This role is crucial in achieving both personal and team-related revenue goals, ensuring the seamless handover of business for proper service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively Solicit & Manage: Identify and manage group and catering-related opportunities not handled by the Event Booking Center.
  • Maximize Revenue: Actively upsell each opportunity to maximize revenue for the resort.
  • Achieve Revenue Goals: Drive personal and team-related revenue targets.
  • Service Excellence: Ensure business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion to maintain service excellence throughout each customer experience.
  • Customer Loyalty: Support Marriott's Service and Relationship Strategy by delivering exceptional service, driving customer loyalty, and growing share of the account on behalf of PCH Hotels and Resorts.

  • Proven experience in sales, with a focus on group and catering in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong ability to upsell and maximize revenue opportunities.
