Compensation: $80,000 - $115,000 yearly Responsibilities: Must have personal integrity and genuine humility in dealing with the team and clients Manage, coach, and develop the best performance from each individual on the team Clearly communicate goals and monitor each associate's progress, giving training and feedback to ensure the goal is met Hold team members accountable for results Respectfully share good news and bad to get team buy-in Motivate and present opportunities to each team member to develop sales and clienteling skills Be a great listener Provide ongoing feedback, not just in annual reviews Respect the employee's needs to have a healthy balance in their work/personal life Ensure that each employee has the necessary resources to do his/her job well Be a champion for the company culture Set the tone for the company's commitment to delivering great customer service and providing a positive, professional environment Qualifications: Successful previous experience as a Fine Jewelry Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets Committed to continuous education through workshops, webinars, and coaching Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Strong business sense and industry expertise Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills About Company Thollot & Co.
