Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Fort Lauderdale, FL, for a Fitness Sales Manager and coach. The Fitness Sales Manager will be responsible for managing daily sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving membership growth targets. Tasks include coaching group classes, driving membership sales, providing exceptional customer service, conducting outreach to prospective members, managing a sales team, and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance in the facility. Qualifications Sales and Customer Service skills Leadership and Team Management experience Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for fitness and the ability to inspire others Experience in the fitness industry is a plus Must be a Certified personal trainer. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field and experience in fitness is preferred
