With a reputation for excellence and steady growth in the region, we are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to lead their sales team and drive continued success in thier Tyler, Texas branch.
Position Overview: The Sales Manager will oversee a team of 15-30 sales representatives, project managers and branch staff, ensuring performance goals are met and revenue streams are expanded throughout the Tyler area and surrounding markets. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales management, particularly in residential construction, roofing, or related industries. This individual will coach, motivate, and hold the team accountable while strategically driving growth.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and revenue. Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular coaching, feedback, and training. Foster a high-energy, results-driven sales culture. Build strong relationships with customers, community partners, and industry stakeholders. Collaborate with leadership to identify new opportunities, market trends, and growth initiatives. Oversee sales processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Prepare and deliver regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to company leadership.
Qualifications: Proven experience in sales management, within the residential roofing sector Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals. Strong business acumen and understanding of local market dynamics in Lafayette and surrounding areas. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Results-oriented, with a history of driving growth and market share. Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
