Identify new business opportunities and high-value customer segments to drive revenue and margin expansion. Build and manage pricing strategies, sales targets, and promotional programs to grow share in key markets. Oversee end-to-end distribution execution, including logistics coordination, customer fulfillment, and service-level performance. Partner closely with supply chain and warehouse leadership to ensure inventory availability, on-time delivery, and operational excellence. Optimize route efficiency, delivery protocols, and customer service processes across geographies. Deepen relationships with top accounts through direct engagement, tailored service models, and consistent follow-up. Represent ATS Mfg. at key industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to strengthen market presence and build new relationships. Establish account management processes and customer success KPIs to ensure high retention and satisfaction. Build and mentor a high-performing sales and distribution team across functions and locations. Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement. Establish training, performance management, and career development frameworks to scale talent. Collaborate with marketing, product, finance, and executive leadership to align business objectives and accelerate growth. Act as the voice of the customer in internal planning discussions and system upgrades.
