If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc. The Marriott San Antonio Airport is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by securing new business and nurturing existing client relationships. You'll maximize profitability by effectively selling our hotel's amenities, including guest rooms, meeting spaces, and food and beverage services. You will also play a key role in developing and executing sales plans and strategies, meeting or exceeding established goals. Ideal candidates will possess at least 5 years of full-service hospitality sales experience in the local marketplace. CITY experience preferred, not required.
