We are currently seeking a Sales Manager who is not only results-driven, but relationship-focused. This role is pivotal in advancing our mission by leading our sales efforts, identifying new market opportunities, and being a champion for both innovation and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
Sales Leadership & Strategy
Own and execute sales initiatives that drive growth in existing and emerging markets.
Manage incoming leads with clarity and integrity—qualifying, guiding, and supporting them through the full sales process.
Deliver accurate quotes aligned with our capabilities and customer needs.
Maintain active and accurate reporting, helping ensure transparency, forecasting accuracy, and goal alignment.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support pricing strategies, budgeting, and production coordination.
Support the development of new product lines based on market demand, customer feedback, and strategic insight.
Relationship Development
Become a trusted advisor to our customers by providing in-depth product knowledge and tailored solutions.
Build meaningful, long-term relationships through proactive communication and personal visits.
Address concerns with grace and professionalism, ensuring every customer feels heard, respected, and served with excellence.
Travel (up to 30%) to engage customers directly through site visits, trade shows, and business development opportunities.
Customer Satisfaction & Service
Champion a "Raving Fans" culture—ensuring each customer interaction is infused with sincerity, care, and solution-oriented thinking.
Collaborate across departments (production, shipping, customer service, and more) to create a seamless and joyful customer experience.
Provide real-time updates and maintain open communication to support accuracy and accountability across the business.
Administrative & Operational Support
Keep detailed, organized records of all customer interactions, transactions, and progress updates.
Support interdepartmental coordination to ensure smooth workflows and shared success.
What You Bring:
3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in manufacturing or B2B environments.
Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to simplify technical details for diverse audiences.
A customer-first mindset with the ability to cultivate trust and loyalty.
Excellent time management and attention to detail.
High emotional intelligence, with a natural ability to build rapport.
Self-motivated and collaborative; able to work independently and within a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) a plus.
