Responsibilities Business Development: Prospect for new clients through referrals, networking, cold-calling, and lead databases. Build and maintain strong networking relationships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, title companies, auto dealers, and other professionals. Sales and Customer Service: Create customized insurance quotes, deliver compelling sales presentations, and close deals. Provide personalized policy options based on client needs and goals. Offer ongoing support and information on new products and services to customers. Growth and Learning: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new insurance products. Participate in training programs and mentorship opportunities to continually develop your skills.
Requirement Licensing: Obtain or possess General Lines Property & Casualty, and Life & Health licenses (we provide FREE pre-licensing courses and will reimburse the fee to register your licenses). Sales-Driven: Thrive in a commission-based environment with a focus on exceeding goals. Resilient & Positive: Maintain perseverance and optimism when facing challenges.
