Ford Lincoln of Queens Blvd is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our top-performing sales team.
Requirements
Must have 5 years of stable and verifiable employment history as a Automotive Sales Manager
Demonstrate success in meeting and exceeding sales goals
Strong leadership and team-building skills
excellent communication and organizational abilities
Experience with CRM and dealership management systems
Setting regular objectives and creating a plan of action to accomplish these goals for our sales and F&I department
Responsible for ensuring the dealership reaches its profit objectives on a monthly and annual basis
Highly organized with excellent communication skills
Strong, proven leadership skills
The ability to take the sales department to the next level of profitably
