As one of the top-performing Subaru stores in Texas, we’re looking for a motivated  Sales Manager  to lead our growing sales team. Responsibilities
Lead and coach a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed goals
Create a welcoming, customer-focused showroom environment
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive volume and profitability
Monitor performance metrics and provide regular feedback
Collaborate with finance, service, and marketing departments
Ensure compliance with Subaru brand standards and dealership policies
Qualifications
3+ years of automotive sales experience, including 1+ year in management
Proven success in a high-volume dealership
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
Familiarity with CRM systems and dealership software
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
