Our client
is a systems integrator who has a history of success dating back to the mid-1970’s. They are searching for an experienced Sales Manager to lead their sales team. You will receive great base compensation along with an annual bonus and great benefits.
The current opening is for a Sales Manager. Main duties include: Develop, lead, and mentor the sales team
Drive business growth, maintain relationships with key accounts and strategic partners
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue in the electrical controls and automation sector
Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation, negotiation, and closing
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to delivery successful customer solutions
Prepare accurate forecasts, sales reports, and performance metrics
Represent the company at tradeshows and conferences
Qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is preferred, but not required
Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in electrical controls, automation, or systems integration
Technical understanding of PLC’s, HMI’s, robotics, motion control, and industrial automation solutions
Able to travel regionally to meet with customers
Strong leadership and development background
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
