Full Time Sales Manager The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives for the company's transportation and logistics services. The position requires a strong understanding of the industry, the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, and effective communication skills. Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Identify potential new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful implementation of sales strategies
• Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with customers
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in market conditions
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's services Educational background / Work experience
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, logistics, or a related field is usually required. A master's degree in a related field may be preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the transportation and logistics industry is typically required for this position. Skills & Competencies

Supervisory Responsibilities (if any)
• The Sales Manager may be responsible for supervising a team of sales representatives. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in managing a sales team
• Experience with international sales and logistics
• Familiarity with lean management principles
Language skills
• Fluency in English is typically required, and knowledge of other languages may be preferred, depending on the company's customer base. Computer Literacy
