Responsibilities: Drive new business development through outreach, networking, and strategic initiatives. Analyze closed-lost deals to identify areas for improvement in our sales cycle. Refine and execute a scalable sales process from lead generation to closing. Collaborate on and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation. Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and presentations. Track performance metrics and report on sales/marketing KPIs. Work closely with leadership to align sales and marketing efforts with business goals.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a startup or B2B environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. Comfortable with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.

Compensation & Perks: $/hour starting pay. Performance-based commission. Potential for future equity based on contribution and growth with the company. Flexible work hours (part-time or full-time).
