Position: Sales & Marketing Associate (Part-Time) Hours: 20-30 hours per week Overview We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Part-Time Sales & Marketing Associate to join our team. This role will focus on supporting business development, sales, and marketing initiatives through prospect research, content creation, campaign tracking, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct prospect research, maintain lead lists in the CRM, and support sales follow-up efforts. Create and manage content including blogs, newsletters, case studies, and social media posts that highlight the agency's work. Oversee internal marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent brand messaging and tracking industry and competitor trends. Manage digital marketing activities including social media scheduling, paid campaigns, and performance reporting. Track and report on KPIs such as website traffic, lead conversions, and campaign ROI. Support community engagement through sponsorship outreach, event promotion, and client re-engagement campaigns. Collaborate with the team on proposals, presentations, and weekly check-ins to advance sales and marketing initiatives. Qualifications Proven experience in marketing, sales support, or related roles. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in CRM software and email marketing platforms. Experience with digital marketing, social media, and content creation. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Terms This is a part-time position, roughly 30 hours per week. General office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional evening or weekend work to meet deadlines.
