Job Summary Position/Title: Sales and Marketing Associate

Responsibilities
Help Us Thrive: Amplify our sales and marketing team efforts by growing our customer base and enhancing our brand presence in the market. Provide day-to-day business support, help fulfill orders, manage accounts, craft proposals, create engaging presentations, and develop materials that clearly communicate the benefits of our services. Use creativity to drive results and celebrate wins.
Campaign Development: Design and implement campaigns with the sales and marketing team to drive sales and amplify brand awareness across multimedia platforms.
Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to understand trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Data Analysis: Report and analyze sales data to provide insights that optimize strategies for better results.
Collaboration: Work closely with focused media sales teams and other departments to maintain alignment and build strong client relationships.
Stay Ahead: Monitor industry trends and competitive activities to stay ahead in the marketplace.
Qualifications
Proven business support ability or strong desire to learn; drive, energy, and results-oriented mindset.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively; analytical thinking and proficiency with digital tools.
Collaborative mindset and adaptability to work with various teams and clients.
