Overview:
As the Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will be the support between our sales and administrative team. Your role is crucial in ensuring seamless operations, exceptional customer service, and the successful presentation of marketing materials. This position requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of our products, systems, and processes.
Responsibilities:
Prepare plan comparisons, analyses, presentations, enrollment materials and special projects for new and renewal clients. Assist clients with retrieving, uploading, tracking, and completing necessary documentation. Prepare census data, submit coverage specifications, process termination requests, and obtain quotes from potential carriers for new and renewal business. Collect data and documentation and input accurately into our Agency Management System (AMS) for efficient tracking and management. Assist in creating and managing digital marketing assets as needed. Attend community events for networking and social media purposes. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Ability to obtain 215 License (Life, Health, and Variable Annuities) - within the first 12 months of employment. Ability to maintain and enhance Social Media presence. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and software programs. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly.
