Patron Collection, a faith-based organization, seeks a Sales & Marketing Manager to expand our International Missionary and Humanitarian Aid Programs through direct sales and home party marketing strategies. This role emphasizes building, training, and leading a network of consultants to grow sales through in-home gatherings, virtual parties, and personal networks, alongside other direct-to-consumer channels.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Marketing Leadership

Develop and implement a Direct Marketing and Sales Plan with a focus on both in-person and online strategies. Oversee home party sales programs (virtual and actual) as a primary method of reaching customers and growing sales. Recruit, train, and manage a network of direct sales and home party consultants. Expand customer base through direct marketing channels, including online campaigns, social media, email marketing, and church-based outreach.

Product Marketing & Sales

Test market prototype designs online, at conventions, concerts, craft shows, county fairs, kiosk locations, home parties, and through social media campaigns. Coordinate and manage sales at home parties, church events, craft shows, and conventions, ensuring consistent brand representation. Develop strategies to integrate direct marketing campaigns with personal selling efforts (e.g., house parties, one-on-one sales, and referral programs).

Recruitment & Training

Recruit and train team members for direct marketing and home party sales teams. Provide ongoing coaching, resources, and tools to ensure consultants excel in both home-based party sales and direct sales strategies.

Customer Engagement & Administration

Manage customer relationships through CRM tools and direct marketing follow-ups. Ensure customer service standards are met across home party sales, online transactions, and direct marketing interactions. Prepare weekly and monthly reports that highlight progress in direct marketing reach and home party sales performance.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in direct marketing and direct sales of consumer products (under $40), including home party sales models. Demonstrated success in recruiting, training, and supporting direct sales and home party sales teams. Strong understanding of direct marketing techniques, CRM systems, and sales reporting tools. Minimum 5 years of experience in direct sales, party-plan sales, or direct marketing business models. Microsoft Word and Excel

WORKING CONDITIONS

Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work will require weekend and evening work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
