We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team and play a key role in driving growth and brand visibility.
Position Overview The Sales & Marketing Specialist will be responsible for increasing client onboarding, building referral partnerships, and expanding brand awareness in the community. This role combines direct outreach, relationship-building, and creative marketing to generate measurable results in client acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities Referral Outreach & Relationship Management Build and maintain strong partnerships with hospitals, senior living communities, social workers, veteran organizations, and other referral sources. Conduct consistent follow-ups to strengthen referral pipelines. Represent the company at community events, workshops, and presentations. Sales & Business Development Develop and implement strategies to increase client inquiries and onboardings. Track and report outreach efforts, client leads, and conversion rates. Meet or exceed monthly growth and referral partnership goals. Marketing & Visibility Collaborate with leadership to design and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, and community-based). Manage social media presence and contribute to brand storytelling. Promote company values and services at health fairs, expos, and networking events. Team Collaboration Provide feedback on market trends and opportunities. Work closely with scheduling and care teams to ensure seamless onboarding for new clients.
Qualifications Prior experience in sales, marketing, business development, or community outreach (healthcare or senior services preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field. Knowledge of the local healthcare and senior care landscape a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and CRM tools preferred. Reliable transportation required.
