As a Sales Merchandising Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supervising and developing a team of associates to drive sales and meet client expectations. Your responsibilities will include project management, stocking products, ensuring store communication, and effectively selling and educating both customers and store personnel about our product lines. You will report directly to the Market Sales Manager. Key Responsibilities: Establish and maintain strong communication with store associates and management Train, supervise, and develop Sales Merchandisers and seasonal associates Educate customers and store staff on the features and benefits of our product offerings Ensure accuracy and quality of work to meet or exceed client expectations Familiarity with all company policies and procedures Report successes and potential challenges to the Market Sales Manager Utilize handheld devices effectively for accurate reporting Maintain confidentiality for company, client, and retailer information Requirements and Qualifications: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with occasional lifting of items up to 100 lbs with assistance Physical work may involve sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, and climbing Comfortable using technical electronics and devices Self-motivated and independent worker Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends High School diploma or equivalent required Valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance required Computer skills, internet access, and email proficiency necessary Prior customer service or sales experience preferred Must be eligible to work in the U.S. Compensation: $19.50 per hour Benefits include: Flexible work schedules 401(k) retirement plan Health Insurance (including Dental and Vision) Telehealth services Health Savings Account Accident and Critical Illness insurance Life insurance Long Term and Short Term Disability Paid Time Off Discounts on Cell Phone, Vehicle, and Pet Insurance Training and Career Development opportunities *All benefits subject to eligibility per company policy.
