Description:The Sales Operations Administrator II is responsible for providing advanced administrative and logistical support to the sales team. Coordinates with sales team members to understand customers unique needs and potential sales opportunities. Supports sales, management, and partners in the onboarding of new customers. Duties include managing client onboarding; coordinating internal resources to meet customer requirements; providing project management support; response to customer concerns and escalations; supporting inventory management; and other related metrics. Assists in coordinating customer meetings and facility visits and prepares presentation materials and exhibits. Trains and supports other team members on systems, processes, and procedures.Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. May provide training, guidance, and delegate tasks to other team members. Typically requires 4-7 years of directly related experience.Essential functionsCoordinates the administrative and logistical support needed in new client onboarding and ensures that customer requirements are met throughout the processManages the data, resources, and required delivery times for assigned customersAssists with planning and procurement to meet customer requirementsProvides project management support for: BOM management, ECO, Deviations, MCODemonstrates a proactive approach and sense of urgency on our customers behalf, anticipating our customers requirements and communicates efforts in a timely and effective mannerHandles escalated customer concerns that are moderate to complex in natureMay perform order entry and modificationSupports inventory managementManages client returnsMaintains Backlog and Backlog review for assigned customersProvides prompt communication response for both internal and customer inquiries or requestsInteracts with customers, sales, finance, management, and other internal personnel as neededProactively builds trust in internal and external relationships. Can effectively communicate within all levels with the company, customers, and vendorsTrains and supports other Sales Operations Team members on systems, processes, and procedures.Proactively assists other team members when the business requires additional resourcesComplies with all guidelines and procedures pertaining to the protection of the Companys Information Assets, Security and Systems and that of its clientsAdheres to the companys quality commitment to its customersPerforms all other duties assignedRequirements:Prior experience in similar role (inside sales, customer service)Familiarity with CRM toolsExperience with at least 1 ERP/MRP systemAt least one (1) year of SAP experience, preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables)Detail oriented, quick learner, good communicator, and takes instructions wellMust be able to apply critical thinking skills when presented with a complex problemAmbitious, business-minded, organized, proactive individual that can operate independentlyComfortable with technology, open to learning, capable of excelling in a fast-paced environmentWork environmentOffice EnvironmentTravel requirementsPotential for minor travelPM22PI6937a0201484-29952-38377796
