Job Summary: This is a crucial role on our GTST Sales Operations team that will be instrumental to ensuring the business is successful in meeting revenue objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for providing data insights that help the leadership team with optimizing resources, enhancing sales productivity, and with designing quotas & key performance indicators (KPI's) that motivate our salesforce to deliver and exceed business results. This role will also be crucial in supporting regular forecasting & with developing new reporting and dashboards.
Responsibilities:
- Annual Sales Planning Aids the creation and development of GTST sales strategy and annual operational plan by providing data insights and conducting data analyses that help with designing territories & coverage plans, making resource allocation decisions, and with building quotas and associated key performance indicators (KPI's)
- Program Support/Implementation Provides support on key initiatives & programs with data insights, and standing up reporting that provides a way to track & report progress
- Analyzes data to evaluate program effectiveness and impact
- Data Analysis & Reporting Supports forecasting by establishing reporting & dashboards that show funnel, trending & other metrics requested by leadership
- Conducts quarterly assessments of quota attainment and overall team performance
- Develops and maintains reporting & dashboards to track metrics, identify trends and provide insights to leadership
Qualifications: Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis performance metrics. Proficiency with Tableau required, with the ability to design dashboards within the system preferred. Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and data analysis. Experience with sales tools such as Anaplan, SFDC, Incent & Clari preferred.
