Location This position is remote (Within the US); remote but limited travel will be required for meetings, and onsite events. Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm EST
Salary Range $80,000.00-$90,000.00/Annually
Overview
The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting sales data to support strategic decision-making and improve sales performance. This role delivers regular reporting, identifies trends, and develops actionable insights to help optimize revenue growth across Mobile Health’s sales channels. In addition, this position manages, optimizes, and supports the company’s Salesforce platform to ensure it meets the evolving needs of the business. Responsibilities include overseeing CRM configuration, reporting, and integrations with our marketing technology stack to provide accurate insights, streamline workflows, and empower sales, marketing, and operations teams to achieve their goals. The Sales Operations Analyst partners closely with sales leadership, marketing, finance, and operations to monitor performance metrics, forecast sales, and evaluate the effectiveness of sales initiatives. This role plays a critical part in ensuring data accuracy, enhancing reporting tools, and driving the company’s growth objectives through informed, data-driven recommendations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1.    Collect, organize, and analyze sales data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. 2.    Develop and maintain regular sales performance reports and dashboards for leadership and sales teams. 3.    Serves as the primary administrator for the Salesforce CRM environment and other martech stack platforms (including but not limited to- user management, security settings, profiles, roles and permissions) 4.    Configure and maintain objects, fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, approval processes, validation rules and automation flows. 5.    Manage Salesforce data hygiene, including data imports, deduplication, and regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity. 6.    Manage integrations between Salesforce and other martech tools (ZoomInfo, qualified, HubSpot, Salesloft, Marketo, etc) 7.     Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress toward sales goals. 8.     Prepare sales forecasts and contribute to annual and quarterly sales planning. 9.     Evaluate sales strategies, campaigns, and programs to determine effectiveness and ROI 10.Collaborate with sales leadership to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. 11.    Maintain data accuracy in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and other reporting tools. 12.    Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting needs for sales and cross-functional teams. 13.    Assist in developing standardized reporting templates and processes to improve efficiency. 14.   All additional duties as assigned
Experience & Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales analysis, business analysis, or a related analytical role. Experience in healthcare or service-based industries preferred but not required.
