Essential Responsibilities & Activities:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Assistant to support our dynamic sales team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations across CRM systems, reporting tools, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, sales reporting, and will thrive in a collaborative environment. This position will be part of the team that builds customer relationships, sales and marketing activities, and build on a global network of experts within IAV.

  • CRM Management: Maintain and update customer data, opportunities, and pipeline stages in CRM systems.
  • Sales Reporting: Generate and distribute weekly/monthly reports including revenue forecasts, funnel analysis, and performance metrics.
  • Pre-Sales/Inside Sales: Automate contact to opportunity qualification and allocation to IAV sales managers.
  • Quote Support: Assist in preparing and tracking customer quotes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Team Coordination: Act as a liaison between sales, finance, and operations to streamline communication and resolve issues.
  • Post Lead Follow Up: Customer satisfaction, lost deal analysis
  • Document Handling: Support legal and commercial documentation processes including NDAs, contracts, and risk assessments.
  • System Integration: Facilitate data transfer between CRM and SAP, ensuring consistency and traceability.
  • Meeting Preparation: Organize agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items from sales meetings.
  • Will support the President manage his calendar for meetings, travel and other administrative support
  • Other duties as assigned.
