About the Role We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Assistant to support our fast-moving Sales and GTM teams. This entry-level role is perfect for someone looking to break into tech or SaaS operations, with hands-on training in HubSpot CRM, sales processes, and GTM tooling . You'll work closely with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing teams to keep our systems clean, our data accurate, and our pipeline running smoothly.
What You'll Do Assist with CRM data entry, hygiene, and maintenance within HubSpot Create and update contacts, deals, and accounts to reflect real-time sales activity Help enforce sales process consistency by managing workflows and pipelines Pull reports and dashboards to support weekly pipeline reviews and forecasting Set up and monitor sales automation tools, sequences, and templates Coordinate with AEs and BDRs to ensure leads are properly assigned and followed up Assist with onboarding new sales reps into HubSpot and related tool Flag and resolve data quality issues and duplicate records Support ad-hoc sales ops projects and process improvements What We're Looking For No prior experience in Sales Ops or CRM required — we'll train you Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM tools is a plus Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and curiosity about sales and tech Comfort using spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) Great communicator who thrives in a high-speed, high-accountability team Self-starter willing to ask questions, document what they learn, and take initiative Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or 4 years of relevant work experience.
