We're seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of our sales organization. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on turning sales chaos into organized, data-driven processes that directly impact revenue growth. You'll work closely with our sales team, creative department, and leadership to ensure our sales machine runs smoothly and efficiently.
Required Experience
2–4 years in sales, business operations, or analytics. Proven experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, similar). Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and insights. Experience managing projects and coordinating across teams. Familiarity with e-commerce or product catalog management.
Technical Skills
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis. Experience with CRM and sales automation tools. Knowledge of NuORDER or similar B2B platforms (preferred). Understanding of photography and product imaging workflows. Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, similar). Strong written and verbal communication skills.
