Assist in creating customer-facing reports that drive growth and efficiency based on a sound understanding of distribution, customer service, tech support, sales support, and field service operational procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)

Provides operational support to sales management. Plans and coordinates projects to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the sales force. Develops processes and procedures to support the sales process and participates in the development of requirements for sales support systems. Maintains information of sales activities that support sales performance metrics and sales process improvement. Represents the Sales Operations department in development of new business processes/reporting tools and problem resolution

What you need

Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in related field 4 years of Accounting/Finance/Data Analytics experience required. Experience with reporting tools. i.e. Power BI, Tableau & MS Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Acute attention to detail and strong communication Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Prior experience with sales teams Familiarity with JDE, QAD, Cognos or similar tools Experience in a high technology or medical device manufacturing environment Ability to calculate figures and amounts. Ability to analyze statistical and financial data.
