The Opportunity We are seeking a Sales Ops Coordinator to support our sales team. This role is central to keeping projects, proposals, and schedules on track.

Coordinate schedules and manage travel arrangements for our sales team Prepare, format, and maintain proposals, client presentations, and sales documents Track project timelines and deliverables, sending proactive reminders and follow-ups Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and Excel Provide general administrative support, and documentation management
