The Impact You’ll Make
As our S&OP Manager, you’ll shape the way Clemens forecasts demand, aligns supply, and delivers business clarity. From the boardroom to the frontline, your work will align decisions, reduce waste, improve forecast accuracy, and build the muscle of our planning process.
What You’ll Do
Lead the full S&OP cycle: demand planning, supply planning, reconciliation, and executive updates
Analyze sales, volume, and capacity trends to guide cross-functional decision-making
Build KPI dashboards and improve forecast accuracy and scenario planning
Coach and develop a team of two: Demand Planner and S&OP Analyst
Partner with Sales, Ops, and Process Engineering to align strategies and drive action

What We’re Looking For
5+ years’ experience in supply chain or related roles
Strong Excel/data skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, AFO); Power BI exposure a plus
Experience owning S&OP cycles, ideally in perishable goods manufacturing
Track record leading small teams and improving ambiguous or broken processes
Clear communicator across all levels—from production floor to executives
