Key Responsibilities: Perform cost analysis to ensure pricing remains competitive while supporting profitability Evaluate customer RFQs and coordinate with internal teams to meet project requirements and timelines Respond to customer inquiries, build strong relationships, and drive overall satisfaction Provide daily operational support to the Sales Manager and assist in business initiatives Draft, edit, and compile proposals, contracts, and related documents Develop impactful presentations by gathering data, organizing materials, and creating visuals using PowerPoint, Excel, and other tools Conduct market research on both domestic and international levels and prepare detailed reports Monitor and track sales activities, metrics, and performance goals
