As we continue to grow rapidly, we're seeking talented professionals to join our team. We are seeking to fill the role of a Sales Operations Support Analyst. This role supports the sales and operations teams by ensuring timely and accurate order processing, effective communication with customers, and high-quality data management. The role is key in enabling the front-line sales team to respond quickly and efficiently to customer needs in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
Responsibilities
• Maintain accuracy and consistency of sales data in NetSuite, including pipeline tracking and adherence to sales processes
• Enter and manage customer orders; acknowledge new purchase orders promptly
• Provide customers with ongoing updates regarding order status, lot progress, and estimated delivery timelines
• Generate standard and customized customer reports through NetSuite
• Support regular customer calls by preparing relevant materials and updates
• Develop a foundational understanding of products and the manufacturing fulfillment process
• Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and urgency
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in implementation

Requirements
• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales operations, order management, or administrative support role
• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment, preferably within the semiconductor industry
• Prior experience with ERP systems; NetSuite strongly preferred BS in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, Chemistry, or related
Skills and Qualifications
• Strong communication skills with a professional, customer-facing demeanor
• Highly detail-oriented and accurate in data entry and tracking
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams
• Ability to work effectively across departments in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively
• Comfortable in a 24/7 operational setting, including communicating across shifts when needed
Compensation and Benefits
Skorpios embraces a Total Compensation philosophy that includes a base salary.
Paid Time Off: 128 hours PTO + California Sick Leave annually: 40 hours
