Lenexa, KS (On-site) About the Role NovaTech Automation is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Sales Support Administrator to join our team.

In this role, you’ll serve as the vital link between our customers and our internal operations. From processing orders to coordinating with production and shipping, your accuracy and commitment to service will ensure we deliver excellence every time. What You’ll Do Accurately process customer orders into our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics GP). Troubleshoot and resolve any order discrepancies with a solutions-focused approach. Provide timely and accurate order acknowledgments, ensuring correct pricing and shipment dates. Generate Bills of Materials and pick lists for the production team. Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams (production, sales, and shipping) to monitor or expedite orders. Represent NovaTech Automation’s core values:

Take on additional responsibilities as needed in support of the team. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED with 2–4 years of related experience; bachelor’s degree preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics GP) a plus. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a customer-first mindset.
