Overview Centiment is a rapidly growing survey software startup offering our Survey Builder and Audience Panel service, enabling researchers to target respondents around the globe. Our integrated platform helps clients such as Lyft, BMW, Harvard, Stanford, Amazon, Capital One, Instacart, SoFi, and the Smithsonian gain insightful and actionable market research outcomes. In 2024, Centiment achieved $6 million in sales and were continuing to grow. Were looking for an ambitious and proactive individual to join as the 8th Project Manager in our expanding team. Role In this dynamic role, youll be the central problem-solver, developing and nurturing professional relationships with researchers from leading global institutions. Your responsibilities will evolve with our growth, including selling services, assessing project feasibility, pricing, survey design, data collection management, field operations, and ensuring data quality. Startup life requires flexibilityexpect to wear multiple hats and contribute broadly to our teams success. Responsibilities Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective customers, guiding them from initial inquiry through successful project execution. Strengthen and expand relationships with existing Centiment clients. Collaborate closely with clients to understand research objectives, recommending tailored survey targeting and design solutions. Oversee the setup and management of data collection using tools like SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, Alchemer, and Centiments proprietary survey platform. (Prior experience with these tools is beneficial but not required.)

Requirements Exceptional organizational and communication skills; capable of juggling multiple client projects simultaneously. Ability to think creatively, challenge current processes, and proactively contribute to Centiments growth trajectory. Strong motivation to master new tasks and rapidly adapt within a high-paced startup environment.

Hybrid approach Once you are up to speed, we work from home on Fridays. Monday through Thursday, we are in the office at our location in RiNo.
