We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Leader to drive sales performance and lead a team of sales consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the performance and development of sales consultants, providing one-on-one coaching and direction.
Lead and facilitate weekly district meetings to educate, inspire, and drive key behavior changes.
Leverage technology and sales skills to maximize consultative time and drive sales growth.
Fully utilize CRM tools to manage sales planning, prospecting, and customer engagement.
SUCCESSFULLY DELIVER RESULTS by managing conversion opportunities and executing territory planning and management.
Prioritize independent relationships with top customers and high-value prospects.
Implement strategic initiatives within the district.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent relevant industry experience.
2+ years' experience growing profitable sales in the foodservice industry.
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with stakeholders, and derive insights from others through probing questions.
Superb organizational and project management skills, including autonomous execution of multiple initiatives.
Ability to use proprietary Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool for planning and forecasting sales growth.
