Universal Energy Solutions is seeking a dedicated Sales Processor to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for processing sales orders, managing customer account information, and ensuring the smooth transition of sales from initial contact to completion.
The ideal candidate will work closely with our sales team to track orders, update customer records, and communicate with clients regarding order status. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Reviewing, Verifying and cross checking customer information, utility account numbers, and addresses. Listening to telephone verification calls of the customer Sending contracts to suppliers for approval and enrollment. Entering contract details into a google sheet from excel Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant experience preferred. Experience in sales processing or customer service is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
