Responsibilities Client Engagement: Actively reach out to potential clients to cultivate leads and develop new business opportunities. Needs Assessment: Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions. Policy Recommendations: Propose and sell insurance plans tailored to the individual needs of clients. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention. Market Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest insurance industry trends and product offerings. Community Involvement: Participate in local events to increase brand awareness and foster community connections.
Requirement Licensing: Texas Property & Casualty License. Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a customer service role is a plus. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients. Customer-Focused: Strong dedication to achieving client satisfaction and meeting their insurance needs. Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting sales targets and working towards achieving them with resilience and enthusiasm. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple client engagements simultaneously.
