Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Actively engage with potential and existing clients to understand and address their insurance needs.
Policy Recommendation: Provide personalized insurance recommendations and solutions to meet individual client needs.
Sales Growth: Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective prospecting and cross-selling techniques.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.
Community Involvement: Participate in local events to enhance the agencys visibility and network within the community.
Continuous Education: Stay informed about the latest industry trends, policy changes, and product offerings to provide informed advice to clients.
Requirements
Licensing: Must have or be willing to obtain an Indiana Property & Casualty License.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales is preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
Conversational Skills: Skilled in engaging with clients and providing friendly and helpful service.
Self-motivated: Demonstrated ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team to achieve common objectives.
Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
