About the Role:
The Sales Product Manager for West Coast territories will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our Prolink product line. This position is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with market trends and customer needs, ultimately leading to increased revenue and market share. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and supply chain, to ensure product offerings meet customer expectations and are delivered efficiently. Additionally, the Sales Product Manager will analyze sales data and market research to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new product development. The end result of this role is to establish our products as leaders in the market while fostering strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales or product management within the manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in non-durable goods manufacturing.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the non-durable goods product line.
- Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns that effectively communicate product benefits.
- Analyze sales performance data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Work closely with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
