Job Description: Are you a highly motivated Sales Representative passionate about Dental Health and bringing innovative products to market? Consider starting your career in the P&G Professional Oral Health Organization as a Territory Account Executive. The Territory Account Executive (TAE) represents Crest and Oral B, serving as the primary contact for Dental Health Professionals in the field. This role involves field sales responsibilities, driving product usage and recommendations among Dental Health Professionals within your territory. You will collaborate with your manager to develop strategies and business plans to meet sales and volume targets, and develop expertise in product knowledge, persuasive selling, and technical support. Ideal Candidate Profile: Proven sales leadership results Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, both written and oral Ability to adapt to changing environments and make independent decisions Strong organization and time management skills Knowledge of IT systems: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Internet Professional sales experience and/or a healthcare background; experience in healthcare, beauty care, or as a Registered Dental Hygienist is preferred but not required Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required Valid driver's license and willingness to travel Reside in or be willing to relocate to BAKERSFIELD, CA or Central Coast area; territory includes Bakersfield, Santa Barbara, Oxnard, Ventura, Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo, Monterey Experience in Dental/Oral Care sales, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical sales, Consumer Goods, or Science background encouraged Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required Compensation varies based on factors such as location, role, credentials, skills, and experience.
