Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Influence

  • Lead sales efforts within your territory, building strong relationships with business owners and employees. Drive sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.

Decision Making and Control

  • Take ownership of your sales territory, making strategic decisions to maximize growth and profitability. Utilize available resources and training to drive success.

Impact and Growth

  • Contribute to the growth of the agency by selling top tier products and making a meaningful impact on the community. Embrace challenges and strive for continuous professional and personal development.

Mentorship and Development

  • Participate in hands-on training from day one, with a clear roadmap to success. Mentor new team members and share best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in previous roles.
  • Strong, disciplined work ethic with a growth mindset.
  • Willingness to be coachable and embrace continuous learning.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast paced environment.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • sales experience and a health insurance license are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

Earnings Potential: $75,000- $120,000+ in the first year, with additional bonuses of $100- $5,000+ per month.

Requirements:

Reliable transportation

High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Driver's license (required)

Accident & Health License or willingness and ability to obtain

3-5 years of work experience.
