The Sales Professional is responsible for generating and closing new business with precision, efficiency, and consistency. You will take ownership from lead generation to signed contract, ensuring every step is executed with accuracy and urgency. Compensation: $80,000 - $160,000 yearly Responsibilities: The Sales Professional is expected to build and manage their pipeline using both the company-supplied leads and self-driven activities, while upholding company standards without compromise. You will be accountable for maintaining a high level of accuracy, consistency, and professionalism at all times. Source, book, and close sales appointments using both company-supplied leads and self-driven prospecting. Conduct outbound activities with a focus on networking, engaging past clients for referrals, attending home shows, and canvassing. Gather complete project details during consultations, deliver accurate estimates onsite whenever possible, and ideally close jobs at the same time. Maintain thorough CRM records with detailed notes, follow-ups, and pipeline updates. Meet or exceed key metrics, including conversion rates, follow-up timelines, and gross profit margins. Ensure seamless collaboration with the project management team by providing complete and accurate client handoffs. Qualifications: We are seeking someone who has already demonstrated success in sales and is ready for a role where performance directly drives rewards. The right candidate is disciplined, detail-oriented, and values quality over shortcuts. They must possess strong communication skills, ensuring clients feel heard, understood, and guided through a consultative process that prioritizes their success over simply closing a deal. Integrity is non-negotiable — every interaction must reflect honesty, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering on promises. This role requires balancing ambition with accountability, consistently holding oneself to a high standard of excellence. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas, ideally in landscaping, construction, or home services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to create a consultative, client-focused experience. Demonstrated integrity and professionalism in all client and team interactions. Experience with CRM systems, calendar management, and structured reporting. Ability to balance drive and competitiveness with consistency and accountability. Highly organized and detail-focused, ensuring accuracy in both estimates and follow-ups. Familiarity with lawns, grass, turf, and landscaping is a strong plus, but not a requirement.
