What We Offer

• Training & Growth: 14-week onboarding, quarterly training, and ongoing development to fuel your success.
• Compensation: Paid training, hourly base + commission on sales, delivery, and protection plans. ($50K -$55K annual)
• Schedule: 40-hour workweek | MS 107, Sun 106 | Generous PTO with no blackout dates.

What You Bring:

• Weekend and holiday availability (were closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter)
• Ability to lift 2025 lbs and travel to Largo for training
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, upbeat attitude
• Comfort with POS systems and a passion for helping customers find the perfect fit
