What We Offer Training & Growth: 14-week onboarding, quarterly training, and ongoing development to fuel your success. Compensation: Paid training, hourly base + commission on sales, delivery, and protection plans. ($55K -$60K annual) Schedule: 40-hour workweek | MS 107, Sun 106 | Generous PTO with no blackout dates. What You Bring: Weekend and holiday availability (were closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter) Ability to lift 2025 lbs and travel to Largo for training Strong communication skills and a friendly, upbeat attitude Comfort with POS systems and a passion for helping customers find the perfect fit
