Essential Job Functions: The Recruiter position is primarily responsible for calling and connecting with potential clients of the firm with a focus on setting appointments for the sales team. Recruiters must have a passion for sales, building relationships, and a desire to succeed. Primary Responsibilities:

· Proactive outbound calls

· Quickly build relationships with prospective clients

· Utilize sales resources to stay organized and effective

· Schedule appointments for Senior Sales staff member

· Respond quickly and professionally to all inbound requests

· Meet set metrics for success

· Effectively communicate with peers, senior sales staff, and firm leadership

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree preferred

· Sales background or experience preferred

· Ability to manage/utilize technology

**Compensation & Benefits: **

Compensation (based on experience)

Base Salary: $40,000 – $45,000

This is an exempt position

Variable Comp - Monthly

Annual performance bonus target – 10% of salary
