Our average project value is $100K, and as we scale into surrounding areas, we’re looking for ambitious sales professionals to grow with us. The Opportunity We are hiring a Sales Representative to join our team and be part of our expansion. This is a full-time, hybrid role with room for flexibility. You’ll be the face of JDI Construction—building relationships, guiding clients through the remodeling process, and closing high-ticket projects. With strong performance, there is unlimited earning potential. What You’ll Do Prospect, qualify, and follow up on leads (company-provided + self-generated) Conduct in-home consultations and present remodeling solutions Build strong client relationships and manage projects from first meeting to signed contract Prepare proposals and close deals with professionalism and confidence Achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service Qualifications Proven sales experience, preferably in high-ticket or relationship-based industries Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Motivated, adaptable, and people-oriented Ability to manage leads, follow through consistently, and close deals Knowledge of construction or remodeling is a plus (but not required) Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills Independent and team-oriented mindset High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus Why JDI Construction?
