Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business clients and promote supplemental insurance products.

Build and maintain strong relationships with business decision-makers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Achieve sales targets by identifying new opportunities, addressing client needs, and maintaining ethical sales practices.

Trainer & Mentor: Provide training and coaching to new sales representatives, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.

Lead by example to inspire and motivate the team to achieve and exceed their goals.

Conduct workshops and individual training sessions to foster team growth and create a positive sales culture.
