Core Duties of a Sales Representative: Promote cutting-edge internet and telecom solutions to residential and small business customers Educate customers on services such as fiber connectivity, SD-WAN, edge computing, and managed network services Leverage proprietary analytics tools to assess needs and recommend tailored service plans Generate leads through local outreach, prospecting, door-to-door activity, and event marketing Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth service activation and customer onboarding Maintain accurate sales records using CRM tools (Salesforce) and report performance metrics Serve as a trusted representative of industry-leading telecom solutions throughout the Seattle region Stay informed on new product releases, tech trends, and service updates within the telecom industry
