Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated Entry Level Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll gain valuable insights into the insurance industry while enhancing your sales and customer service abilities. As an Insurance Sales Representative, your main responsibilities will include prospecting, contacting, and meeting with potential clients to discuss their insurance needs and offering tailored coverage solutions. You will be trained to meet face-to-face with business owners and key decision-makers to offer some of the industry's finest supplemental insurance products. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to general emails and phone calls from clients
- Set follow-up appointments with prospective and current clients to review their needs
- Be present on scheduled calls or meetings with your sales team or manager
- Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients who need to be reserviced
- Build and maintain your own book of business
- Set your own scheduled working hours and submit them to your sales manager each week
- Submit your sales metrics and activity daily
