Sales Representative (“Recruiter”) – D1 Training Alliance

We’re looking for a Sales Representative ("Recruiter") to join our team. This role is hourly, approx. 25–30 hours per week , and non-supervisory. Your primary focus will be working new leads from paid ads and organic sources, making calls, and driving appointments into the facility. You will be expected to cover 3-4 days of the week minimum.
This is the entry point into our sales team—with clear opportunities to advance into a Sales Manager role , which includes responsibilities in business development and community partnerships.
What You’ll Do
Call, connect, convert: Handle incoming leads and prospects with the expectation of 150+ calls per day . These are people who have expressed interest and provided their information.
Drive results: Set, confirm, and manage appointments to ensure high show rates.
Pipeline ownership: Follow up with warm leads, past inquiries, and referrals to keep the pipeline full.
Track your success: Report daily progress on KPIs (calls made, appointments set, confirmed, and shown).
Support the mission: Help prospective members—youth athletes, parents, and adults—start their training journey.

Minimum Qualifications
1–2 years in sales, customer service, or lead management (fitness, retail, or hospitality a plus).
Comfortable making 150+ calls daily and managing a CRM.
Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred (Nice to Have):
Experience in a membership-based business (gym, studio, sports program).
Familiarity with CRM or gym management platforms (e.g., Mindbody, GoHighLevel).
Background in fitness, coaching, or athletics.
