Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of proven experience selling software solutions or other complex services to Fortune 1000 companies. This individual must be highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing large-scale deals.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
Prospect, network, and build strong relationships with potential clients
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations
Close complex six- and seven-figure deals
Represent the company at industry events and client meetings (15% - 20% annual travel required)
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and solution delivery
Minimum Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED; bachelor's degree preferred
3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on software or complex solutions
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Microsoft Teams
Experience hosting online meetings; familiarity with HubSpot is a plus
Ability to manage multiple client relationships and opportunities simultaneously
Other Requirements
Must pass background check and drug screening
Ability to maintain certifications and complete any additional required training
